If you meet the class definition, you need not have done anything to remain in the class for the settlement. If you did not exclude yourself from the class, you are bound by all proceedings, orders, and judgments entered in connection with the settlement.

IF YOU EXCLUDED YOURSELF FROM THE CLASS, YOU DID NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE SETTLEMENT AND YOUR CLAIMS WILL NOT BE RELEASED.
